The socks look great and the fit is very comfortable while seeming like good quality socks. I was especially impressed with their customer service. The first pair of socks that came did not fit according to their size recommendation. I expressed my disappointment and they ensured I would receive a sock that fit well. I am truly happy with my purchase with socksery! If you're in between sizes, definitely go up a size because they run quite small.

When I reached out to customer service looking for tracking information, they were quick to return a response and gave me a reasonable delivery date on the product. All-in-all, it took about 2 weeks; the site outlines that the development time is 3-5 days, then shipping is another 3-5 days. Expectations set, expectations met. Thanks, Socksery!

Wife loves the socks, ordered them first week in December as an Xmas gift and didn’t receive them until December 31. The site says delivery within a one week period, was disappointed I was not notified that there would be a delay. Minus that I love the product and would order again. Bought 2 pairs 1 had 2 pics of kids that were great but the 2nd pair put a Rottweiler but it wasn’t the exact pic I sent of my puppy he is different than the dog they sent and they put a Santa hat on him which ruined it.

I like all of the socks although, maybe driven by the imaging process, the sock quality is somewhat stiff...not cushy comfy. But that’s not the point, is it. So I’m happy with the purchase. I’d also like to add, I hadn’t received my order within the time frame indicated so I wrote to your service group. They quickly responded TWICE. Once to reiterate the timeline and again when the order shipped. Was very appreciative and actually received the order the next day. I’m not normally a complainer but needed these for an overseas XMAS event. Whether the team quickly reacted to my original email or just basically assured me...I was thrilled when the package arrived. Thanks!
